I never got my order!!!!!

I had a really nice time getting assistance while buying from them.

I consistently purchase my iron supplements from this place. They offer the best prices online. However, their selection of other products is quite restricted. It would be great if I could also grab some non-prescription medications and herbal remedies or supplements.

Not great, to be honest. My order didn't arrive in one piece. Instead, I got a soggy, empty piece of packaging inside a sealed plastic bag. I'm not sure who messed up, but I never got my order. That's £13 down the drain.

They've got a solid selection of items at a fair price, and my order got shipped out fast. The only bummer was the shipping process: the site kept throwing up random errors when I tried to pay with my card, so I ended up using PayPal. Plus, I didn’t get any email confirming my order or letting me know it was on its way.

I placed an order for 7 bottles of gengigel mouth rinse on August 21st. After getting a confirmation email, I didn’t hear anything for a whole week. So, I called them up and found out they only had 2 bottles available. They asked if I wanted those shipped right away and wait for the others. I agreed. Another week went by, and I called again. Turns out, my 2 bottles were still sitting there and hadn’t been sent out yet. They assured me they would be shipped, and I opted for a refund for the remaining bottles. After that second call, I finally got the 2 bottles the very next day along with my refund.

Fantastic service! The shipping was on point, and I got an email letting me know when to expect my delivery. Really top-notch service, and I’ll definitely be back for more.
